AIRTEST ANNOUNCES DIRECTOR APPOINTMENT

Vancouver: Mr. George Graham, the President of ATI AirTest Technologies Inc. (“AirTest”), a provider of sensor technologies for building applications, would like to announce, with regret, the resignation of Alan E. Backman as a director of the company.
Mr. Backman has been a director of AirTest since its founding year, but has found it necessary to resign due to health reasons.

Mr. Graham is pleased to announce the appointment of Darrel R. Taylor to the AirTest Board of Directors to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of Mr. Backman. Mr. Taylor has been a significant shareholder and consistent supporter of AirTest since 1999. In addition to his business acumen, Mr. Taylor also brings public company experience through his involvement as a director of two other public companies.
